Blue Ridge has been home to the Carroll family since the 1970s. Through the years, Tom Carroll has built a reputation for cooking great food. The Carroll's have always gathered over large meals, and Tom has been providing barbeque for those family events as well as various community events and fundraisers for over 20 years. Now the Carroll's are giving back to the community in one of the best ways they know how - creating and serving excellent food. They can't wait to show you what they've been cooking all these years!
